Mr. Salazar spent a lot of time to make sure that we were both satisfied . We sent out a few bids and won the house we were looking for. In the aftermath of closing Joe and ourselves had to deal with a very difficult situation and that's were Joe made the biggest difference, working to resolve a very tense unexpected situation. His services and help has continued even after we have moved in , helping find contractors for repairs and helping to find companies to offer other services needed for our move in. Joe listens more than anyone that I deal with in a business setting. He soaks up information and uses it to make things happen . This is my second time that I have needed his services and if a 3rd comes up I will be calling him....
