We stayed at Belleair Beach last year for vacation. While having breakfast on our first day, we picked up a magazine of local properties for sale. We saw Diane's name listed on several and gave her a call. Within 5 minutes, we knew she was the person that could help us find what we were looking for. She showed us a couple properties on our trip. We were not ready at the time to buy. Over the year, she has sent us several. Once we were ready to seriously look, she provided us with the perfect place. Through the whole process, Diane was very quick to respond, offered great advice and was our eyes to the area. With us living in Indiana, we trusted her to give us her honest opinion on the area. She was available at anytime to talk and answer questions. She went to several condos for us and sent photos and videos. We have gained a friend with Diane and cannot wait to meet up with her when down there. She truly is the best!
