Shane is a family friend of my wife and I also knew Shane from attending high school together. Shane definitely has his hand on the pulse of the real estate market in the local area. His assessment of what price to list the property was spot on which resulting in almost immediate offers of which one was accepted. Although, the first accepted offer fell through before closing, it wasn't due to anything in regards to the agent or agency. Shortly after the initial offer was dropped there was another similar offer on the table which resulting in a closed sale.
