Mark McKnight had the answer for every problem I had in selling my late Father's condo in Saginaw, Michigan, a day's drive away from my home outside of Chicago. He found people to empty it, clean it, and do all that was needed to present it for sale in the best possible iight. Once he put it on the market it sold within days. There were some twists and turns along the way due to provisions in my Dad's Will---Mark negotiated every difficulty skillfully, tactfully, and quickly. He made himself available to me at all times, responding to my calls and texts immediately.
