I even got a bigger house then i should have because Scott made a great point, i understand you want a smaller house but long term it would be more difficult to sell the house in the future since its a smaller home. Then Scott said a bigger house could be easier to sell to a large medium or small family. rather then be limited to a small family for a small home. which i was not thinking long term and thats when i knew this is the guy to work with.
