We were hiring a realtor at a distance. Seth Malott's online reviews were positive, as were those of several other Rapid City realtors. Seth was the only one who responded to our e-mailed inquiries. We were fortunate he did so. He was efficient, able to answer all our questions, and timely in all our communications (by text, e-mail, or phone). As he led us through the process of purchasing a new home, everything ran smoothly, even when we had to tour houses virtually while we were stuck in Ohio. Very quickly, we grew to trust Seth's analysis and recommendations. We would certainly work with Seth again.

This is the 3rd home I have purchased with Seth. He is always available and knows this area well. He gets to know his clients and considers them friends by the time closing comes around. He works hard and has always fought for me in negotiation, whether it's purchasing or selling a home. Seth is the only realtor I recommend to people, and I will definitely be using him again.

Seth was a life saver. I haven't had to deal with property sales in many years and having to sell my father's home was a daunting task to say the least. What a relief it was to work with someone who was not only empathetic to the situation but who explained everything so it made sense. Once we listed we were under contact within 2 days and at full asking price. When issues came up Seth was on it and handled everything putting me at ease and once again explained everything. I cannot recommend Seth at Century21 enough and will absolutely use him for any real estate needs in the future.
