I’m Delyn Gabrel, a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Western Realty, an active real estate investor, and a short-term rental specialist serving Greater Houston and the Texas Hill Country. With roots in Katy, Houston, and Richmond, and extensive involvement in Canyon Lake, I help clients navigate opportunities throughout Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, Houston, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, and surrounding communities.
My experience goes beyond representing transactions. I’ve personally purchased, renovated, managed, and sold investment properties, completing at least eight property flips in the past 18 months. My investment background also includes residential and commercial land, new construction, and passive multifamily investments dating back to 2017. That experience helps me ask practical questions about a property’s condition, renovation needs, ownership costs, and potential.
My family and I own and operate Canyon Lake Vacations, giving me firsthand experience with vacation homes, short-term rentals, property management, and hospitality. For clients considering a vacation home or rental investment, I help evaluate the full picture—from purchase price and projected income to operating expenses, property restrictions, and the demands of ownership.
For homebuyers, I combine that practical perspective with attention to what makes a house feel like home. For sellers, I bring thoughtful pricing, preparation recommendations, targeted marketing, and negotiation focused on their goals. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, selling a longtime residence, or making your next investment, I want you to understand your options and feel confident in your decisions.
I also specialize in helping veterans and eligible military buyers purchasing with VA financing. Through clear communication and close coordination with their lender and transaction team, I help guide buyers from the initial search through closing.
