I am a first time homeowner and Brenda was excellent about explaining everything I needed to know. Brenda paid attention to what I was looking for and what I didn't like. I came to her with a list of many houses that I wanted to look at, but one by one without me, realizing she really took in the reasons I would count those homes out. It was challenging because I live out of state, but wanted to buy a house in Texas. I thought I was going to leave without finding a home and having to fly back to look for another one. When Brenda suggested that was not on my list... It checked all the boxes of everything I was looking for! And wound up buying that home. Brenda has gone above and beyond to recommend a lot of services that I will need to move into the home.
