Amber was enthusiastic throughout the process. She obtained a full-price cash buyer the day it was listed. This was even more impressive because our home was listed at a price that was higher than comps in the area. By her experience she knew that significant upgrades that we had made along with an incredible Mountain View would bring a premium price.
We were extremely disappointed when our buyers backed out because of issues with the exterior stucco. An unscrupulous contractor quoted them 60 to 70k to re-stucco our home. However, Amber referred them to a stucco contractor with an impeccable reputation who quoted them under 5K to repair the stucco. She thus lured the buyers back to make a second full-price offer! We then made a 2nd offer that was accepted on our new home. This all happened because of Amber's outstanding salesmanship. Amber simply gets the job done!...
