I worked with Chris Ward to sell a commercial property in SW Virginia. It was a challenging assignment given that it was an industrial property had not been occupied for many years and had fallen into disrepair. We had previously worked with other local realtors who were unsuccessful in their efforts. The process was further complicated by the fact that I live out-of-state, so we were not able to easily visit the site.
