Brad was a great partner to have on the ground while we are in South Carolina. Starting from the first day we met, Brad drove us all other Tacoma showing us neighboorhoods. Going into homes we were about to see what we were getting in the PNW, and we were able to tell him what we liked and what we definitely did not like. We sent each other homes when we were in SC.
