With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've dedicated over 15 years of that time to serve the community of first responders, police, firefighters and military service members who serve and protect our country. Being a community Realtor has allowed me to help and give back to you all, who have given so much to us. Military and service members have always had a special place in my heart as my grandfather and uncle both served in the military for 20 years. I can clearly see where the loyalty, discipline, ethics and morals stemmed from. Buyer reviewI have used Brad Harper in the past and knew we would be well taken care of. This was our first Land purchase, it took much longer than normal due to feasibility study's and Brad kept in communication with the sellers agent to ensure we did not lose the deal. Katie helped out a lot too and appreciated all her help. Extremely happy with our purchase and would use Brad over and over again. Thanks a lot Brad!!!

Buyer reviewBrad Harper was EXCELLENT with everything he had done to make sure we were happy with our home, if he didn't have answer right away he would get back to us very shortly after, he made sure our resources for the property were correct and all communication was verbal or via phone call, he would always respond to phone calls or via texts if he was in a meeting, we will definitely be referring Brad Harper and Century 21 to everyone we know that's looking for a house or property!

The care and understanding of what military veteran's go through on a daily basis is not always understood by others. Brad Harper and Peter Lopez greatly understood my needs and help me buy my first home and this will not be my last home. I definitely will recommend this team to the military community of the greater Seattle area.
