we initially found Felix Lopez through Zillow and he sold a relatives house in less than a week! We were so impressed with his professionalism, honesty, punctuality, and quality of work that we used him to sell our home too. Felix and his team are hard working and responsive. He was upfront about what we could expect to sell our home and worked with us on a pricing strategy. At the end, he ended up selling both homes for more than we expected. His marketing is on par if not better than the others we've seen. You definitely get more for your money with Felix and his team. The quality of work and services included for their fees is phenomenal! They quickly scheduled photos, listed, and conducted open houses within the first few days. After our experiences with him, we would most defiantly refer Felix and his team to friends and family and would also use him again for any of our future real estate needs.
