They provided recommendations on preparing the home for listing, photos, staging, appraisals, inspections, and viewings. When she and Mallory first met with us in our home they provided suggestions that they felt would attract a high volume of showings and they were spot on! They know the market and they know the area! They were communicative and professional. The team went above and beyond through the whole process. We were out of town when the house went "live" and they were kind enough to stop by and make a few adjustments for us. Aside from being amazing at their jobs, they were compassionate, caring, and genuinely lovely! I would recommend them to anyone AND everyone!

What started out as us selling our waterfront home in October 2023 so that we could move to Florida and enjoy retirement, quickly became The Nightmare on Chesapeake Ave. But throughout a long and stressful 18 month ordeal, Cheryl and Mallory hung in there with us and we finally got to the settlement table and sold our house!
