Seller reviewI have practiced law for 35 years, with real estate law being a substantial part of my practice, have been a real estate broker for a couple of decades, and along with two law partners owned three real estate brokerage companies. I can say unequivocally that Kristine Weidner is the very best real estate agent I have ever encountered. Kristine engaged in so much additional work, beyond what I would have expected from an agent working on commission, I felt guilty only paying her the listing commission. She was worth much more. In the hundred of interactions I have had with Realtors and my decade owning three real estate brokerage offices, I can honestly say that Kristine is the very best Realtor I have encountered.

She had us put it on the market 2 days before we allowed showings and said the anticipation will help sell it. We had 5 showings the first day and accepted an over asking price offer the same day She Was very productive with the planning all the way thru closing
