I have a diverse work history in many customer service positions. I have 16 years in Real Estate, including Property Management, Sales, Rentals, and Timeshares. I have high standards on how you should be treated. I believe all parties should be treated with dignity, but I will have your back! I will have patience and be understanding to your specific wants and needs. Life doesn't stop for buying /selling a home. I make myself available upon your schedule. Let me take most of the stress of moving off of your back.

Laura provided a comprehensive market analysis and suggested a target sales price. During her walk-through, she suggested several low-cost enhancements to improve marketability of my house. On the first listing day, she delivered a signed offer for more than we anticipated. I would definately use Laura Hervert again if I lived in the Omaha area.

Buyer reviewI grew up in a lower-middle class family that experienced a home foreclosure in 2001, witnessed the impact of the 2008 housing crash, and subsequently studied economic bubbles at length in (and after) college... Naturally, I don't typically think highly of the real estate (or financial) sector, and any respect I have for agents must be painstakingly earned. Laura has proven herself to be - at the very least - a competent professional, and an empathetic human being. For example, while touring a house on Boyd St, we encountered a stray kitten. Speaking with the listing agent (whose services we had also considered at the time), we found that he could care less about the abandoned feline. Laura, on the other hand, patiently assisted as we rescued the stray, even though she was on a tight schedule and had more houses to show. In short, she's the only agent I'd consider working with again. She has rightfully earned the professional respect of this jaded Econ grad. Thanks again, and keep it real!

She Would answer questions and if she didn't know, she would always research (networking within her contacts) and would get me an answer. Very honest and committed to helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Very hard working and dedicated to her job. She's been an asset for my family and made our transition from Alaska to Nebraska as seamless as possible. Cannot thank her enough. Buying a house in Nebraska, while currently living in Alaska, could have been pretty hard. With the housing market being in the state it was in when I was purchasing, Laura was able to give me virtual tours of every house we looked at. Not only that but she gave me her professional, unbiased opinion on everything. She was never interested in her commission, rather, she was very interested in helping us find exactly what we were wanting. Her transparency throughout the entire process was Second to none.
