Buyer reviewJust read what I already wrote about Rob Struk in the first three boxes above. I can't say it any better than I've already said it. I can't think of anyone else I'd ever call for my real estate needs. He's been my agent through numerous houses and condos, so he knows me pretty well, which is "half of the battle." Because he knows me, he knows what I'm looking for, and what I have no interest in, so he is able to make efficient use of my time whenever we go out looking at properties. We don't waste time looking at places I would never consider buying. He's always cheerful, pleasant, and fun to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others (in fact, I already have recommended him) because of his knowledge of the many, many details of real estate transactions, and the attention he pays to them. He always makes sure that I understand them as we work through each sale and each purchase, which I appreciate. What more can I say? Rob is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic about his work....he's fun to work with, and he wears wonderful ties. He's the best!
