We previously tried to list the house with a broker from the neighborhood but they couldn’t deliver. When we tried to really sell we decided to go with someone else. Both me and my wife went to school with Sarah. She delivered both on the selling of the broken arrow property and the purchase of the hominy property. Sarah set up the walk through of multiple properties before we settled on the final one and saw us through till the end when we took possession of our new keys.
