Since we were new to the area, we had homes on our list that spanned a 60 mile radius. That never seemed to trouble Larry. He always asked the right questions and provided the guidance to ensure we ended up in the right community and the perfect home. Larry delivered way beyond reasonable expectations. When it came to selling our home, we never considered another listing agent. Larry's knowledge of the NE Ohio market is unmatched. He sold our home in 30 days at over 99% of our listing price. Seller reviewI liked that Larry was extremely confident he could sell our house quickly. He was right and we had four offers in the first four days. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable. Larry really proved himself when having to provide data/evidence to the VA appraiser on the worth of our home since there were really no other comps in the area. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into that and it paid off well for us in the end. I would highly recommend him.
