I researched extensively before selecting Peggy as my realtor. I thought she did exactly what she stated she would and I think it was key that she was bi lingual. I liked that she had one telephone # and one email address too and she was quick to return messages. I would and have just recently recommended her. All of my old neighbors wrote her name and number down.

My home was initially placed on the market in June with another Agent and Agency. the home was under agreement days following the scheduled open house. I was shortly faced with many unbelievable truths. One; a home that was purchased by my family when it was initial built and I was raised in the first floor apartment that the city not only taxed for 50+ years as a two family but at the time of the sale insisted my family added an apartment which was the furthest from the truth. Also now requiring newly sold home to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy which was not required when I purchased the home as a 2 family 4 years prior. Ultimately I was told my home was not a multi family home. Second; A agent representing the buyer that was well aware of the the difficulties many of the long time owners were experiencing in the city. Inter submitting an offer that was substantially higher than asking price or other offers. Then attempting to obtain the home for far below market value.
Conclusion; I had no options but to take my home off the market. Days after I was contact by a member of Peggy's team. From our first meeting Peggy explained with her knowledge of the area and the housing market she would be able to assist and guide me through the processes to meet the requirement and obtain the full value of my home. After hearing her honesty, integrity, vast knowledge of the real estate market in the area and the details of the cities ordinances and requirements to place the home back on the market it was not a question Peggy was the right Broker.
Peggy proved from our initial meeting and throughout the entire sale process her honestly, knowledge and experience was what was required to get my home sold.
Peggy was consistently clear, precise and honest with all communication. Often time working and communicating far beyond normal business hours.
