Brian did a very good job. He was 100% different in his approach to another realtor that wanted us to pump a ton in the house so his comission was higher. Brian and Andrew we very helpful. Adrew is a wiz at super computer skills and they make a Super Team. With Brian's building experience he can help entry level buyers in fix up suggestions to save money. He really knows how houses are made and can communicate potential to buyers. Not just a pretty skirt to sell a house. I would recommend Brian and the whole Team. He was almost spot on with expectations of sale outcome, but the market has the final say.
Keep up the good work. This was a Trust sale so everyone involved had to be educated and on there toes.
