Working with JP was fantastic! This is not the best market to buy a home in, but we still had a certain vision of what we were looking for in a new home. JP stuck with us for over a year, helping us make offers as competitive as possible. We lost out on several homes along the way but JP remained positive and upbeat throughout the whole process. He never rushed us or pushed us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. I also always appreciated his attention to the details of the house, and that he was always able to show us homes around our schedules. We ended up with a type of home we didn't think we wanted, and we couldn't be more excited for our future. I hope I never have to buy or sell a house again, but I highly recommend JP to others!
