I had driven past Century 21 for years when I lived in Bellevue and more recently staying with a friend in Bellevue. I remember getting approved for the Neighborhood Lift grant and immediately thinking about calling Century 21. Only one other agency had reached out to me at that time and they were very slow at getting back to me. I needed someone who would be willing to stay on top of the house hunting process. Mark was the only agent available the day I called and he took my call with enthusiasm and even said he would be very happy to help me find a house. That's why I decided to go with Mark. It wasn't until later that he told me he actually owned this Century 21 location.
Mark is a people person there's no doubt about that, but he's also a goal-driven person as well. He's a go-getter and doesn't stop until he has accomplished what he said he would. Mark told me he and his staff would work day and night to get me into the right home for my needs. I am in that house and it's the first house I have ever owned. I wish we could clone Mark as there would be hundreds of satisfied home buyers in the Omaha area.

Mark was all over it as were some of his staff to help me find and get into the right house for my needs and financial abilities. Regarding this Century 21, the location is great, right on a main street of Bellevue. Very convenient to reach. The staff are friendly, courteous and considerate. They do their best to get me to the person I need to talk to, and in this case it was Mark Hart. He also made himself available 24/7 by giving me his personal cell phone number....
