Amanda Greenwood
Amanda Greenwood has a passion for sharing knowledge and understanding in ways that make sense. Having a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Missouri State University, as well as time spent teaching in the 6th grade classroom before getting her real estate license, she understands the importance of imparting information and understanding to her clients through the process of buying and selling property. Whether it's a one acre parcel or the grandest lakefront home, communication and the imparting of knowledge through the process is a priority.
Being an educator at heart, Amanda understands the importance of continuing education. In an ever-changing market her many certifications including a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), along with her experience will ensure she's on top of every situation, paying attention to detail from start to finish.
To Amanda, real estate isn't just about the buying and selling of properties, but about building relationships with a foundation of trust and respect. She believes the best way to build those relationships is through honesty and integrity. These are not only characteristics she worked to foster in her classrooms and instill in her own children, but are also characteristics within herself she is proud to take into every meeting and interaction with every person she meets.
Outside of real estate, Amanda is a wife, and a mother of six, a dog mom of three, and has a slight obsession with fish and aquariums. She also enjoys sewing, reading, art, and spending time outdoors with her family, including hunting and fishing.
