He excelled as a collegiate athlete breaking multiple records and becoming a 2-time SLIAC Conference Champion, as well as the All-Time season kick return yardage holder. CJ comes to C21 from The Company, Wendy C. Swetz Real Estate Team, as a recent graduate of Phil Gardner School of Real Estate; he specializes in all facets of real estate from first time homeowners to luxurious commercial properties. In his first year as an licensed salesperson he closed over 5 million in real estate transactions.
