Kathleen is a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at Century 21 Community, bringing progressive experience in administrative operations, real estate transactions, and executive support. She also gained earlier transaction experience with a real estate firm in California. Complementing her transaction work, Kathleen spent over six years as a freelance Property Manager, overseeing all aspects of property operations, tenant management, leasing, rent collection, and financial oversight, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate ecosystem from multiple vantage points.
Her background extends beyond real estate into executive administration and operations, having served as an Executive Administrator, where she led cross-functional teams, managed budgets, oversaw HR functions, and drove strategic planning and execution. This breadth of experience informs her ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions with precision and professionalism.
Kathleen is proficient across a wide range of transaction and project management platforms to keep communication and compliance on track. She combines real estate know-how with a genuine love for systems, communication, and getting things right.
