Ginny was my rock. As an out of state first time homebuyer looking to relocate, I had limited knowledge and ability to be boots on the ground. Ginny went above and beyond what I imagine is the standard. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, honest about expectations and possibilities, recommended and helped coordinate many of the various [amazing] contractors that we needed. She was gracious and kind, incredibly knowledgable, an amazing communicator, and the absolute best person to have helped me through this journey.
