I grew up in Eldon, Missouri, where my dad was a housing contractor. During school breaks and during the summer, I worked for him building houses. After graduating from Linn Tech, I began a career at A.B. Chance Company in Centralia, Missouri working in Manufacturing Engineering. That career began in May of 1965 and ended at the end of 2007 when I retired.
In 2008 I received my real estate license.
During my career at A.B. Chance, I always had a second career in things related to real estate, such as designing and building houses and other buildings. I was also a landlord for 55 years, buying and selling our own properties.
My experience in building houses helps me to guide buyers in what they should look for when buying a house.
I enjoy helping people with the buying and selling of their property....
