Nathan was amazing during the whole process of buying my home. His communication was great from scheduling house tours, to speaking with my lender, and even with the contractor who made repairs before purchase Nathan communicated with all of us consistently and professionally. There were a lot of hands that went into getting my mortgage approved and Nathan was more than flexible when having to speak with the next mortgage representative who came along in the process.
For how much back and forth there was from my lender Nathan was always on top of everything and didn't mind having to send duplicate documentation over when requested.
