Shandy is very professional and personable. She responded to all our questions in a timely manner. When we were looking at a homes with her she understood our concerns and interests and recommended properties she felt would benefit us. When we sold one of our rentals she was great at letting us know when it was being shown and when I asked her about installing a dual unit in a room, she made it clear it would help the sale.
