This lodge sits on 156 acres of diverse habitat as well as 2 miles of water frontage on Lake Winyah at the confluence of 2 large rivers as well as many bayous and creeks. The lodge has been extensively updated and remodeled over the last several years and sits in a beautiful protective cove surrounded by nature. The acreage is level, wooded, and adjoins state land. The property goes from high and dry hardwoods and pines to thick alders and pines to bayou and diverse wetland habitat. The owner has planted over 120 apple trees in the last several years.
