As with any purchase, there is my "dream" and then the reality of living in that dream. Ms Crawford was very patient in helping me sort out the practical issues of the Columbia community and hearing me in the true details of what type of home I wanted. She responded promptly to emails, as I was living out of state and had to communicate from a distance. If I found a property she was not familiar with, she personally reviewed the site and gave me very informed opinions with a video tour attached. Pros and cons were presented objectively, rather than strict opinions. In summary, I was very pleased with her integrity and friendliness and have recommended her to many friends.
