However, working with Karen Harned made the entire process very calming without the need for high pressure sales pitches, as my selling agent proved to be in another state. If you desire to have an agent plugged into the entire community, whether it be reasons centered on social, medical, financial, neighbor involvement, standards, or whatever the purpose of your search is, then Karen is the property master you seek. Karen is an Ambassador for not only Columbia and nearby towns, but the entire Boone County area.
