Paul's family moved to Columbia in 1961 and they have been here ever since. He went to Parkade and Russell elementary schools, West Jr., and Rock Bridge HS. He then went to Mizzou and received his bachelor's degree in Economics in 1982 and his MBA in Finance in 1984 from the University. He is very familiar with Columbia, the surrounding area and its history.
He lived in Hong Kong for 9 ½ yrs which also gives him a unique perspective on home values. He did meet and get married to Ling in Hong Kong. They built a custom home in Columbia in 2002. This was a valuable experience for him in helping clients that are buying new homes or building custom homes.
They have also bought and manage many rental homes in Columbia. Paul has helped several clients with getting into the home rental business for themselves.
