Buyer reviewWe met Shandy while looking at a rental home in Sullivan MO that she was the agent for. After showing us this home we were impressed with her knowledge of the home and how she let us look at the home alone. We passed on that home but was very comfortable with Shandy that we used her to look at other homes. She responded to any question we had within a surprisingly short time. We used our nephew to purchase our last rental who was very unprofessional. He was always on his phone, didn't know the answers to our questions and didn't respond to any questions or offers we made until sometimes after I asked again days later. Shandy was a pleasant change as she was very professional, friendly and seemed to really care about what we were looking for. We are using her again on possibly making another offer on a home in St. Clair, MO.
