When T.J. is not busy helping clients find their dream home, he enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. He loves living in the country outside of Hallsville, where he enjoys the peaceful surroundings and the fresh air. He also enjoys riding UTVs, where he can explore the great outdoors and experience the thrill of off-roading.
As a real estate agent, T.J. finds it incredibly rewarding when his clients find a house that they love and are able to purchase it as their own. He believes that homeownership is an important part of the American dream and takes great pride in helping his clients achieve it. Seller reviewTj is my son; so it was likely inevitible that I'd list the property with him. But I have to say I was objectively impressed with the both the knowledge and skills he brought to the job and the time and effort he put into it from day-one through closing. He had an answer/solution for every question/problem I had during the entire process. So, I have two takeaways from this transaction: "satisfaction" and "pride". Satisfaction as a customer who's worked with enough real estate agents in the past to know a true professional when I see one working; and pride as a parent who had the chance to see - close up - what a really great businessman my son has become. I understand that you may think this is a biased opinion, but I'm quite sure you'll share it when your sale closes.

Buyer reviewObviously, as Tj is my son, I asked him to represent me in this transaction. And he really played a big role in making this compmicated "three-party deal" come together. He did market research, negotiated a sustantial reduction in the sellers' asking price, and facilitated the closing process, so as to require a minimum amount of my time. I'm proud to say he's a top-notch real estate professional and I'm sure his service standards don't apply to just family members.
