I met Tim at a social event. He was a friend of a friend, and we got along very well when we met. I had been telling him about my bad experience with my agent while buying my house, and he told me that he was a realtor and gave me his card. I held onto it just in case. Since I had liked him, and he was a very honest, straight-forward guy, I chose to go with him to sell my house when the time came (over a year later). I didn't bother even looking elsewhere, and he was excellent through the whole process! Even though I know he is a busy man, he always made me feel like I was his only client. He was always right on top of everything, and if he had bad news to give me from prospective buyers, he always had a contingency plan ready to go. That really helped keep me calm as I was very anxious to sell. He was absolutely great!
