Cale was incredibly helpful, and always answered my long list of questions. He's also very low pressure, which is an absolute asset. He wasn't calling me every 5 minutes trying to get me to buy a house I didn't want. He understood what I wanted, and he was happy to go at my pace in looking at properties.
He understood the market, and he also had a list of individuals ready to do inspections, as well as anything else I needed.
